Possibilities

AllSubmitter provides almost unlimited possibilities of working with bases. Let’s consider the main principles of working with tables in AllSubmitter:

File:cont_form1_eng.png

  1. You can hide fields of data entry by clicking this item.
  2. You can change order of fields output by clicking the field and dragging it.
  3. You can group fields by clicking the field and dragging upwards.

File:cont_form2_eng.png

You can build filters almost of any complexity.

File:cont_form3_eng.png

You can build quick filters, using symbols % - any order of symbols, _ - any symbol. This is very convenient when searching in the base.

Also, you can sort by any field. To do this, just click this field. If there is a necessity to sort by several fields, use shift + clicking the field. If there is a necessity to cancel sorting,
use ctrl + clicking the field.

Working with categories

The program contains a powerful mechanism of working with categories. You can create, delete, edit, or create a variety of levels. You see the base as you like at any time when
working with the program.

Note!
Pay attention to checkbox “Show with subcategories”. Upon its selection, all child categories will be enabled, otherwise you will see the data only from the category
which is currently active.

Link duplicates

By default, the program does not allow the existence of link duplicates in the base. Certainly, if you don’t add duplicates to the base, ignoring program messages. In such cases,
you can use the given menu for base cleanup. It is in the same way for domain duplicates.

Determine site parameters

File:siteparam_eng.png

In this menu, you can determine different parameters of catalogues or clean them up. Then, you can filter catalogues and do almost anything with them.

Note!
It is mentioned above how to filter and sort catalogues in the base.

Find submission forms

This possibility may help you to find direct links to submission forms.

For example, you have 10 000 links, supposedly catalogues, but it may be very tiresome to check them all manually. The program will try to make your life easier and find a form
where you will be able to start submission at once.

File:foundfadd_eng.png

  • The program will visit the catalogue page.
  • It will search for the links with words from list “Link search priority” on the page.
  • It will try to load a form, and it will refer this catalogue to corresponding category, depending on the result.

Also, it can make the catalogue available for automatic submission, if a similar form already was in the base.

Note!

At the same time, there is no 100% guarantee that if the program has not found a form, then there is no form on this site. Similarly, there is no 100% guarantee that

if the program has found a form, then this is a submission form.

Recognize similar forms

This is a very important possibility. In many cases, it helps to create hundreds and even thousands of catalogues for automatic and semi-automatic submission for several
minutes.

For example, you may have found a catalogue in the Internet, added this catalogue to the base, made it in semi-automatic mode. After this, your base has a catalogue with
recognized forms.

As most of catalogues use the same catalogue script, that is fully analogous forms to be filled in, probably except for headings, you can take advantage of this regularity to
facilitate your work.

Find sites analogous to our recognized catalogue and add them to the base. How to search? As a rule, search engines and “Menu-Semi-automatic submission-Import links
from browser” help us to do this. You can search. For example, for some text on the pages, that is specific for the given catalogue, text contained in URL and so on.

Self-contained base creation.

In the result, we have a base that includes 1 catalogue already fully recognized and N catalogues found by us.

  1. Select our recognized catalogue.
  2. Press “Recognize similar forms”.

File:conf_eng.png

Select our N found catalogues and again press “Recognize similar forms”.

File:etalon_eng.png

The program will check these sites for presence of similar forms and if it finds everything, it will make these catalogues available for automatic or semi-automatic submission,
having copied the main properties of our model catalogue.

Similar catalogues do not always differ in just a heading, sometimes you need to pass several catalogues in semi-automatic mode, and to use them as a model.

Determine re-submission

File:regagain_eng.png

This menu helps to check in what catalogues your site has already been registered in order not to waste time for re-submission.

Data of Google and Yandex is used for this. The program sends a specific request to these search engines asking to find a link, or rather link text, because a catalogue does
not always place a link, but link text can always be found there.

Addionally, it determines whether the site is registered there, analyzing the search result. If the site is already registered, the program will relocate the submission result to
“Successfully”.

Note!
Even if the program has not found link of your site in a catalogue, it does not mean that there is no site. Probably catalogue moderator has not checked and added
it yet and probably search engine has not indexed the catalogue page, where your link is placed.

Black list

Black list is a certain place in the database where catalogues from the main database are moved to.

What is it for? For example, you may have found a list of catalogues and added to your program. For example, 1000 sites. In the process of submission it is found out that some
of them do not work or do not suit you.

What can you do with such sites? The answer is obvious. Simply, delete from the base. But you should not do this. It is better to move them to the black list. This is almost
equal to deletion from the base, but afterwards on you can take them back, if necessary, and add them to the main base again, what if the catalogue revives. And the most important!!! The program will not add them when importing a new base, that you may find afterwards. So, you will save much time.

However, it’s up to you. If you want to do the same work twice, use the “Delete” button, and if not, then NEVER delete catalogues from the base, except from obvious wrong links,
move them to the black list instead.

Note!

Clean-up of catalogues in the black list.

By default the program does not let you add a catalogue that exists in the black list.

In such cases you can use the given menu for base cleanup.

Warning

It is not recommended to use the black list. It is better to create a new category in the base, for example “bad catalogues”, and move all litter there.

"Quick move" button serves for this purpose in semi-automatic mode in menu (“How did the submission go?”), the category is remembered and you need to select
it only once.

ASD4 AllSubmitter database format

A special asd4 format serves for the exchange of catalogue bases with a possibility of automatic submission. All parameters are adjusted for catalogues are saved. This is a format
of catalogue bases exchange.

Note!
The base only in asd4 format contains data necessary for automatic submission.

Asdcrypt base cipher

If you need to:

  • Exchange bases.
  • Buy a base.

It is easy to do this by exporting a base to asd4 format, or getting a base in asd4 format and importing it to the program.

A question may arise when buying:

What if I have most of catalogues of the base I’m buying?

The purchase is senseless.

Asdcrypt format for preliminary base preview is designed for this. Ask the seller to give you the base in asdcrypt format.

Note!
You may send your base in asdcrypt format with confidence. The base in this format can be compared, but your catalogues cannot be viewed because the MD5
non-reversible encryption protocol is used.

Add from "S.E.", Master S.E.

These are two very useful tools for creation of your own bases: Add from "S.E.", and Master S.E.

FAQ

If I work with the same projects at home and in office, what should I copy every time?

There are two variants:

  1. You can make a backup copy of the database allsubmitter.fdb, menu-settings-backup copy, and in office restore from the backup copy. When restoring, all data of the old base
are lost, so ALL information will be identical to homework.
  1. Also, you can save the project to archive in Project Manager, and restore in office. But in this case, you should have the catalogue base in office, it can be moved in asd4 format.
