Tool

After creating a base and a project, you can set about the first and the main type of submission offered by AllSubmitter – “Semi-automatic submission”.

“Menu-Tools-Semiautomatic submission”

Internet Explorer, common at first sight, but multiple-window browser, will open before you.

File:ie1_eng.png

At the top, you see the project title: how many sites are left for submission. And, Smart – 0 – is rather a technical index showing how many forms in Smart mode have worked,
we'll go into it more later.

To start submission, you need to choose catalogue base categories from the pop-up list (check, and if the category contains sub-levels, check them too), then press Enter or double mouse click.

Note!

If necessary, you can apply almost any filter and sorting, left menu.

For example, choose sites only with PR>2

Menu buttons

File:ie3_eng.png

  1. “Back, Forward, Stop, Refresh” - analogous like in any browser.
  2. “Project” – allows to edit data on submission.
  3. “Edit URL” – allows to edit the current catalogue opened from the base.
  4. “Captcha” – it will be used for selection of captcha on pages and creation of bases for automatic submission.
  5. “Fill in forms” – it fills in all forms on the page using data on the project and built intellect of form fields recognition, even in absolutely new or unknown catalogues.
  6. “Start submission” – opening a new site from the database for submission and selection of submission status.

Menu-Semiautomatic submission

"Menu-Semiautomatic submission” is added to the main menu when opening.

Smart submission

Smart submission is a kind of semi-automatic submission, when the program will do many actions by itself in most cases, saving 100% quality and control over submission. Ideally,
the program:

  • will open a catalogue.
  • will fill in forms.
  • will choose a right heading.
  • will press the "Add" button.
  • will check submission result and pass to the next catalogue.

But, all these features will appear only after re-submission to the catalogue (second pass through the base).

However, you have total control over Smart submission.

  1. “Smart submission – Fill in forms automatically", it will fill in a form upon opening a catalogue or will not.
  2. “Smart submission – Submit the form automatically”, if the program has managed to determine identity of the previously saved form, then it will fill it and press the button
    to continue submission.
  3. “Smart submission – Confirm submission status”, having added to the catalogue, the program looks through the submission result and if it finds "Successful submission link”,
it automatically goes to the next catalogue.
  4. "“Smart submission - Presence of dropdown lists in the form”, if the program does not find choice of category in the form, this is a dropdown list as a rule, the program will stop.
  5. “Smart submission – Always load pictures”, by default, the program does not load pictures for those catalogues, where it is not necessary to enter a captcha.
  6. “Smart submission - Exact filling in dropdown lists”, if the program cannot precisely determine a heading, it will stop.

Other menu options

Create a tab” – it creates a tab with one more browser for submission.

Import links from browser” – it will add all page links to the database. It is used when replenishing the bases.

Work autonomously” – it takes information about sites from Internet Explorer cache.

Block pop-up windows” – it blocks any opening of a page in a new window.

Load pictures” – it loads pictures and shows them.

Never load pictures” – it will never load pictures, even on those sites where captcha is necessary to be entered.

Load flash” – on/off flash loading.

Show tips” – when opening a page, the program tries to find the links, which can lead to a submission form or a necessary heading, and it will highlight them and draw a blinking
arrow.

Clear browser” – the program will clear page content when going to a new catalogue.

Show PageRank" – it shows PageRank Google.

Show CY” – Yandex CY.

Number of windows at start” – enter necessary number of windows and press Enter. The program will remember and create necessary number of windows during the next opening
of the “semi-automatic submission” tool.

Determine captcha” – it recognizes captcha upon re-submission.

Use pop-up menu” – the program creates a dropdown list near all the fields, that should be filled in, for an alternative variant of work. To change a field, you need to use the pop-up
menu by clicking the field. Advantage is that it does not interfere in design.

Off javascript" – this feature jointly with checkbox "use pop-up menu to change fields" allows to submit to sites with Javascript forms, in which earlier it was impossible to register
and create automatic submission, it helps in 30-50% of cases.

Choose a 100% tab” – it goes to tabs requiring user’s reaction.

Button menu

File:menuadd_eng.png

File:edit.png - It replace quickly site URL by the current one opened in browser.

AllSubmitter-Catalogue - press button AllSubmitter-Catalogue for every site to submit a link to the catalogue.

Saved forms – the program can register your project in sites where several submission forms are possible (fill in form No.1, press Next, fill in form No.2…and so on), here the
program shows the forms, which were saved for further automatic submission. When you submit to a complex catalogue with a lot of forms and make a mistake (pressed wrong
button on occasion), you can delete the unnecessary form and continue to “submit the form correctly” with the help of this menu.

<input> - situations happen when the program does not react to pressing the “Submit” or “Enter” buttons and does not want to submit the form. This button creates new additional
fields, and you will have more chances to submit to such catalogue by making any field active and pressing Enter.

Process of semiautomatic submission

Press button “Start submission”

The program:

  • Will open a site.
  • Will fill in forms.
  • Will choose a heading (will fill in the <select> field maximally accurately, see Project creation, about three very important fields).
  • It will create dropdown lists with variants of suitable fields opposite to each field.

If the program has filled in everything correctly, just press the "submission" button and that’s all, go to the next site.

File:ie4_eng.png

Just in several seconds, you will easily submit to almost any complex catalogue. And how much time did it take before? I’m sure, having worked with AllSubmitter once, you will
never fill in forms in ordinary browser when submitting to catalogues, soft archives, placing articles and other actions where there is a need in a boring, but necessary work of forms
filling.

In addition to this, the main thing is that quality is higher in comparison with ordinary browser. The program allows you to check forms visually, it fills in all fields by itself. If you
used any other methods, for example, copy from clipboard, surely you would make mistakes every time - something has not been copied, something has been pasted wrongly, and
it is a terrible labour. Besides, each catalogue requires different description length...etc., and it is almost impossible to do this manually, but the program will detect optimal size from
the descriptions previously prepared by you and insert the necessary.

And, there is one more fact why submission in ordinary browser is impossible. The search engines learnt to stick together links with the same description in catalogues, and it is
unreal to insert manually certain description for each catalogue. So that you cannot remember all catalogues to which you have already submitted the form. Tens of thousands clients have made their choice for benefit of AllSubmitter. We hope that you will make this choice too.

After submission to this catalogue, go to the next site. Press button “Next site”. The program will ask you to estimate the submission.

Note!

(add) - with this button you can add new categories to the project, which you did not add during project creation.

And if the program finds similar category in another catalogue, it will choose it automatically.

Note!

0/N - a catalogue often asks you to enter certain number of characters in field (for example, from 20 to 100).

Here you can set this value, and the program will choose necessary value for this field upon re-submission to the given catalogue, provided if you had set variants of the field value when creating the project.

Press button “Next site”

After submission to this catalogue, go to the next site. The program will ask you to estimate the submission.

File:ie5_eng.png

Choose how the submission has passed:

  1. “Successfully” – the program will send this catalogue in the report for the given project to Successfully.
  2. “Later” – the program will send this catalogue in the report for the given project to Later. For example, at present moment you don't want to submit to this catalogue by one or another reason, or it is unavailable.
  3. “Failed” – the program will send this catalogue in the report for the given project to Failed. For example, this catalogue does not suit to your project in the subject area.
  4. “To the black list” – you can delete this catalogue, moving it to the black list.
  5. “Successfully /Recurring” – choose it if the site was already registered in this catalogue and the catalogue informed you about it.
  6. “Failed and to" - an alternative to the black list.

If the catalogue requires a back link code to be placed at your site, insert it in the back link field, and it will appear in the report. Later on, you will be able to place it on your site, though the program detects the back link code by itself in 90% of cases. This code will be in the report in HTML format, Submission report.

After submission to the catalogue, in field “Successful submission line (Line)” enter the line found on the page, confirming that the submission has passed successfully. This data will be used later on in "Smart submission" and "Automatic submission" for automatic confirmation of successful submission.

For example:

  • “Your resource will be considered”.
  • “The site has been added”.
  • “Your link has passed”.
  • “Thank you for the submission”, and so on.

You can set several variants simultaneously separated by delimiter "|" : The site has been added | Your link has passed.

The same in field “re-submission line”, if the catalogue returned the message that the site had already been registered.

Note!

The program can find the successful submission line, using the following references: Menu-References-References-confirmation statuses (duplicates, successfully).

You can replenish them.

You can fill in the other parameters of this catalogue if you wish, for example, charge, adding from a category...etc., at your will.

Note!

Pay attention to checkbox “Automatic submission”. The program not only helped us to submit in a second, but also saved information about the given catalogue to the database for further submission in fully automatic mode.

Actually, to create a base for automatic submission, just submit in sem-iautomatic mode, and the program will create a base for automatic submission.

Nuances when creating a base for automatic submission

Actually, to create a base for automatic submission, just submit in semi-automatic mode, and the program will create a base for automatic submission.

Problem with forms

It often happens that the program cannot determine/save a form after pressing the Submission button. And thereafter, it does not save the form. If it does not save it,
therefore it cannot be submitted in automatic mode. Try the following method for such catalogues: go to any active field and press Enter, the program will continue submission in 90% of cases.

Note!
The <input> button on the panel - situations happen when the program does not react to pressing the “Submit” or Enter buttons and does not want to submit the form. This button creates new additional fields, and you will have more chances to submit to such catalogue by making any field active and pressing Enter.

Note!

You can view how many forms have been saved by pressing button “Saved forms” or clicking the tab.

File:ie6.png

Note that in the given example, figure 1 means that the program has saved one form. But, if you have passed several forms and the figure does not change, then it is something wrong, and this catalogue will not be registered in automatic submission.

Monitor this index.

Captchas in the form of pictures

The program can submit in automatic mode in sites, where a captcha is required, Submission.

In order for such catalogue to be available for automatic submission.

It is necessary to:

  1. Opposite captcha entry – select the Captcha field.
  2. Select the captcha picture and press the captcha button in menu or hover the cursor over the picture and press CTRL+.

The program usually creates a black border on the captcha. After these actions have been made, you can submit to the given catalogue in automatic mode.

Text captchas

It often happens that a catalogue asks to enter, for example, the sum of 2+2?.

In order such catalogue will be available for automatic submission.

It is necessary to:

  1. Opposite captcha entry – select the Captcha field.
  2. Select the text of the question WITHOUT answering and press CTRL+2.

Several consecutive forms

AllSubmitter can easily register in the sites, where it is necessary to fill in one form, another, and so on. Just register and watch over above mentioned situations “Problems with forms”, and you will be able to submit in the given catalogue in automatic mode.

But sometimes, the following situation appears: you have filled one or several forms, and then the site tells you THANK for the submission, press the following link to continue, for
example, Login.

In order the program can submit to the given catalogue in automatic mode, press CTRL+click the link.

File:ie7_eng.png

Confirm, and the program will press this link during automatic submission, and continue submission in ordinary way, monitoring the number of saved forms.

Several consecutive forms with activation by email

The following situation often happens.

There is one or several submission forms. The site asks to check mail and confirm submission. Only after this you can login and add, for example, an article.

So, submission is divided in three stages:

  • Submission.
  • Confirmation by email.
  • Continuation of submission.

Here, ordinary automatic submission will not help.

Though you can do the following: just create two categories in the base and call them, for instance:

  • Submission category
  • Login category

And make two duplicates of the same site.

Train the first category site in submission, and train the second category site in login and continuation of submission.

So, submission will pass two stages. At first, you register your project by the Registration category, confirm the letters, then register by the Login category.

But, this is inconveniently because duplicates appear in your base, and it is not clear where submission has passed successfully for the first stage.

However, AllSubmitter has one more type of aut.submission (but stage No.2) and it serves precisely for these purposes.

You should submit to such catalogue in the following way:

  • Register as usual.
  • As soon as the catalogue asks you to confirm submission, having read the letter and clicked the link,

select text “requests” on the page and copy to clipboard, for example, “Thank you for submission, confirm activation by email”.

  • Press the "Timshift" button on the panel and enter this line.
  • Not closing semi-automatic submission, then you get mail and click the link.
  • Continue to submit.

In automatic mode, register in the following way, choose:

  • Automatic submission, register.
  • Get mail, confirm submission. Submission report (mail).
  • Choose automatic submission (but stage No.2), and there only those sites, which were successfully registered in the first stage, will appear.

It is difficult to do such actions there, so this option is often used for similar catalogues. You pass this procedure once, and then recognize similar forms. See Working with base.

Video example: http://www.webloganalyzer.biz/enghelp/flash/articles_submit.html

Pop-up lists, checkboxes

In automatic submission, the program offers only three <select>. It will select the checkboxes in the way you selected during semi-automatic submission.

JavaScript, Ajax

Not every catalogue works in automatic mode. Catalogues containing the intricate forms like Javascript or Ajax, iframe do not work.

FAQ

If the program does not outline a picture with a captcha with black colour, does it mean that I cannot submit to the catalogue in automatic mode?

It will work, just some sites and their CSS styles do not outline the picture.

How to choose correctly the base which I want to work with? When I select necessary categories with checkboxes at the top in a dropdown list (under the URL line),
I cannot save these marks!

After you have marked the categories, you must confirm your choice by:

Pressing Enter or mouse double-click.

When the program fills in the fields, it does not insert the text from each field fully, and then it tells “…”.

This is a limitation of the demo version.

I try to place articles with the help of AllSubmitter. I have collected a base on similar engines, turn on semi-automatic mode and a failure: the fields, to which the WISIWYG editor is connected, cannot be filled in, neither upon page loading nor upon pressing “Fill in form”. Are there any ways to solve this problem? Here is an example of a problem url: http://www.eatsee.com/submit/

The program does not work with the Javascript forms.

As a variant, you can try to turn off Javascript + select the checkbox “use pop-up menu” to change the fields, then you will be able to register such catalogue.

When submitting in semi-automatic mode, after pressing the “next site” button, the final form comes without item “automatic submission”.

  1. There is a captcha on the page, you have not selected it(picture), and the captcha field was selected in a dropdown list.
  2. The program has selected the captcha in some field, you did not notice it.
  3. The program has not saved any form, there were no addings, or it is necessary to press Enter for some catalogues in order for the program to save the forms.

You can view the number of the saved forms in brackets in the Tabs.
