to bind, then menu “Tools-Ranking and parameters Checker-All" sites.


Step #1 “Task description”

  • Enter address of a page in the "URL" field (obligatory).
  • You can set page mirrors in the "URL Mirrors" field.
  • You can set task name in the "Name" field (optional).
  • You can enter task description in the "Description" field (optional).
Note!
You can create tasks in a packet mode by clicking the "Add from txt.*" button and specify a file with URL list (one per line).

Step #2 “Enter keywords”

  • Search depth: maximum number of positions looked through by the program.
  • Search till the first entry: it will search until it:
    • Finds.
    • Reaches the end of the results.
    • Or 1000 positions, this is a maximum given by search engines.
  • Compare only domains: it will be enough for successful search, if only domain matches.
  • Save competitors: it keeps sites TOP30 in the results and used in report “Keywords (Chart)”.
  • Smart positions check: speed of repeated check may be 10-100 times up when using Smart check.


You can also divide words in categories, this may be useful in case you optimize high-frequency inquiries with great number of low-frequency inquiries connected with them. For example, optimization goes by large number of low-frequency inquiries (let it be 300), there is no sense to monitor ups and downs of positions on each inquiry, here only an aggregate result is important. You can view keywords with categories in report “By search engines (Sum)".


Note!
You can specify search depth and search till the first entry for each word by clicking an appropriate cell in the keyword table.
Warning
Attention! Pay attention to the cell “Search till the first entry” in the keyword table. If the box is checked in it, search depth will be ignored.


Note!

You can add words to the task in a packet mode by clicking the arrow at the “Add" button and choosing “Add from txt.*". Then specify a file

with the word list (one per line).

Step #3 “Choose search engines”

Here you can choose/delete, and also set order of appearance of search engines in reports.

You can choose/create your own templates of search engines (Google and Yandex) considering country, domain, language and region. To do this, press the buttons “Create Google-template” and “Create Yandex-template for region” correspondingly.

Attention! To edit created or already existing search engine templates, go to main menu "References"--"Search engine templates".

Warning
Attention! Users often ask: “Why search results in the program differ from search results in browser?”

There may be two reasons: the first one is non-conformity of inquiry parameters in the program and in browser. To find out what inquiry the program uses, go to the report “By search engines” and click the position value or click “Show in browser” in PopUp-menu.

Compare inquiry URL of the program and browser. If they differ, you will have to edit (or create a new) search engine template, that is to correct inquiry URL of the program for inquiry URL of browser ("References"-"Search engine templates").

The second one is non-conformity of the search engine cookies in the program and in browser. To achieve their conformity, simply delete the search engine cookies in browser.

Also pay close attention to the report “By search parameters”, there you can find an accurate number of positions looked through by the program.

Step #4 “Parameters”

You can choose necessary parameters.

Step #5 “Send report by e-mail”

To adjust email server, click the “Options” button.

Here you must enter address and port of the SMTP-server, which you can get from the site, where you have your email. Enter login and password used when accessing to the electronic box.

If the mail server uses secure connection, for example Google mail, then check box "TLS".

In this form, you can also specify delays between groups of inquiries to search engines Google and Yandex. This will reduce a possibility of appearance of captchas when checking.

Step #6 “Task performance time”

You can specify: periodicity, task performance duration or performance time.

Note: if you want some tasks to be performed immediately, select them and click the link “Actions-Perform the task”.

Scheduler

After the creation of tasks, run the scheduler to start their performance. Also, check box “Run Scheduler with Windows”, otherwise you will have to either run the scheduler manually every time or perform tasks manually.
