AllSubmitter supports working through proxy servers.

Warning
  • If a proxy server is set in Internet Explorer settings, the program will take the settings from there, even if “use proxy” function is not chosen in the program.
  • Proxy settings specified by you are used in all tools, except from browser (semi-automatic submission), settings specified in Internet Explorer are used there.

The program also allows using a proxy list, going over it in turn.
