It is yet easier and surely much quicker than semi-automatic submission. Quality of automatic submission is put in question, but we tried to make it maximally similar to ideal.

If some forms have changed, or something does not conform to semi-automatic submission standards, automatic submission will ask you to make a decision to achieve maximum effect of submission.

What if the program shows 0 catalogues?

• Like in semi-automatic mode, you should choose a category, which you will submit to.
• You can check how many catalogues with automatic submission are in your base in “Menu-References-Database-Aut. Subm.Field”. The catalogues available for automatic submission have a black checkbox. If you don't have some catalogues adjusted for autosubmission, then proceed to:
• Read the sections: Base creation and Semiautomatic submission.

• Left site list – catalogues waiting for category selection.
• Right site list – catalogues, which you can already start to register.

Category selection

Select the site, choose a category and move it to the right menu of the program. Also, you can automatically select the categories, using buttons "Exact match” and “Not exact match”. The program will select the categories on the basis of the data.

Note!
If after pressing "Exact match” and “Not exact match” you have a lot of catalogues remained, you can move them manually, and it is better to view what most popular categories are left there, go to tab "Submission result" and press the "Project" button, add these categories and again press "Exact match” and “Not exact match”.

Submission

Press the Submit button, and the program will start submission process. And, if a catalogue contains a captcha, then the program will ask you to enter it.

Enter the captcha and press Enter or the "Send" button. If the captcha is unreadable, you can press the "Refresh” button, and the program will reload it.

Sometimes, it happens that you enter captcha wrongly, the program tries to find any text from reference “Menu-References-Variants of errors when entering captchas”, and if it finds such error on the page, it will propose you to enter the captcha again, not more than 3 times. If you want to control such situations, replenish the given reference.

Submission result

Submission result shows how the submission has passed – successfully or failed.

There are three categories:

• “Successfully” – the program has successfully submitted the site to the catalogue and checked submission result. Submission result is Successful submission Line in the catalogue settings.
• “Later” – successful as well as failed submissions may get here, if the program cannot determine submission result or it is not set in the catalogue settings.
• “Failed” – an error.

Note!

Note that the program shows a cause of error in the "Failed" category.

Also, the cause is on the panel, so analyze errors.

With the help of the given form, you can submit to the catalogues which the program failed to submit to in automatic mode.

The program saves a submission result page on your disk, in order you will be able to make sure of submission correctness and see widespread errors.

In order for the program to open pages instantly when looking through submission result you need to turn off picture load, flash loading, and select checkbox “Work autonomously”.

Clicking the given icon, you can search text on the submission result pages and move it to certain category. This option is useful when it is necessary to find all sites with the same error, move them quickly to the category, submit one of these sites in semi-automatic mode and make them available for automatic submission with the help of similar forms recognition.

Captchas

The program automatically recognizes the following kinds of captchas:

Select checkbox “Detect captcha” for automatic recognition.

If you want the program to confirm captcha entry by itself after recognition and not to stop (even if a captcha is recognized wrongly), select checkbox “Recognize CAPTCHA and register it, ignoring possible invalid recognition”.

The program automatically recognizes ANY captchas using service http://antigate.com/ (1$ - 1000 pieces).

Register (using your credit account) and the program will cope with any captcha fully and automatically.

Note!

Submission of several projects

The program gives a unique possibility of mass submission. Just select several projects and the program will select necessary categories for these projects using “Exact match” and “Not exact match”, and submit these projects in turn.

Account submission

It is a possibility of mass submission to one site. The program will submit to the site as many times as there are values (variants) in the most numerous filed of the project.

For example, it is necessary to add 1000 urls to a search engine.

Create a project, specify 1000 variants of urls in the url field.

Open automatic submission and select checkbox “Submission by all fields of the project”. The program will determine that the URL field in your project has a maximum number of variants and it will submit 1000 times, changing this value in turn.

The program keeps submission report in an xml file. This may be needed for more complicated types of submission, for example, when you need to keep the login/password pair or to know where submission has passed successfully.
