AllSubmitter gives a possibility to get automatically search engine results by your inquiries and add them to the base.
- Choose search engines from the list.
- Enter a values list in field “Enter a list of values”. (keywords)
- In field “Choose the maximum number of URLs” set the maximum number of URLs, which you want to get from the search engine.
- Press the "Get URL" button.
The values should be entered like in the interface of the search engine. Example: Imagine, you need to find pages in the Yandex search engine, where the following words present: word1,word2,word3,word4.
Then add line word1"&&"word2"&&"word3"&&word4 in field “Enter a list of values”.Note: You can set your inquiries to the search engines
in menu “References-Search engine templates”.If desired, in the table of obtained URLs you can:
Copy the selected URLs to clipboard. Item “Copy”. Open necessary URL in browser. Item “Open in browser”. Export the selected URLs to Excel. Item “Export to Excel”. Item “Show all groups” opens all nodes in the table of obtained URLs. This may be useful if you grouped the columns. To get access to the table menu, right-click it.
Less results
Note! The number of obtained URLs may be less than the specified in field "Choose the maximum number of URLs”. There are several reasons.
- There is no requested number of URLs in the database of the search engine.
- Search engines don’t like automatic intake of their data.
So, they can stop giving results on your inquiry. If it happens, try to set a delay in time in field “Delay (in milliseconds), for example, of 1000 milliseconds or more.
- Maybe you have made a mistake in URL of the inquiry to the search engine.
To check availability of a link, click it, and the page, which it refers to, will open in browser.
